The Flacon is a fragrance creation workspace for independent makers and creative teams who want their ideas, experiments and practical records to stay connected. It brings together the work that often lives across spreadsheets, notebooks and reference folders: a composition, the materials behind it, the observations from a trial and the identity taking shape around a product.
Named for the perfume bottle, The Flacon supports four distinct product spaces: perfumes, perfume oils, room fragrances and soaps. In the Laboratory, makers can develop formulations, record methods and compare saved versions. Notes retain research and reflections, while Resources connects material identities, a perfumery glossary and safety references to their sources. The Stockroom keeps materials, supplier lots and receiving history alongside the creative work they support.
Brand Studio extends that process into brand stories, original artwork and dimensioned labels. Together, these tools make it easier to revisit an idea, understand what changed and carry the details forward. The Flacon supports the craft of making; it does not replace a maker’s judgment, supplier documentation or the independent safety and regulatory review a finished product may require.
