What happens to my work if I change plans?
Your existing records remain available to read. Workspace exports require Studio or Pro. Plan changes affect new work and premium tools. Explore includes up to five saved formulations, Studio includes up to 20, and Pro includes unlimited formulations across all product spaces.
Can I manage my subscription myself?
Open My account to view your membership, preview available changes and use the secure billing portal for payment details, invoices and cancellation.
What does the Storefront add-on include?
Available with Pro, the $50 monthly add-on brings the combined membership to $70 per month. It includes a hosted brand page and product catalog. Current catalogs use external merchant purchase links or inquiries. Native product checkout is not active; the published 5% commission applies to eligible in-app product sales once that service is available, with processor fees separate.
Is there an annual commitment?
Studio and Pro are billed monthly in USD. Review the billing interval, charge and cancellation terms in Checkout before subscribing.
