HELP
Find your way
around the studio.
Practical guidance for your account, materials and creative work.
01Getting started
Create an Explore account and save up to five formulations across the four product spaces. Add materials and proportions, then record your method and observations. Studio adds notebook, study and inventory workflows.
02The four product spaces
Perfumes, Perfume Oils, Room Fragrances and Soaps keep their formulations and notes in the chosen space. Stock is shared. Record the actual intended use and relevant source information for each product.
03Stock and receiving
Create a material before recording a lot. Incoming lots begin in quarantine. Review source information and the physical material before recording an inspection. A saved purchase reference records a purchase made elsewhere; it does not place an order.
04References and calculations
References help you identify and investigate materials. Calculation outputs depend on your entered values and assumptions. A calculation or saved formulation does not establish product safety or commercial approval.
05Membership and retained work
All three memberships include the four product spaces. Membership determines formulation limits and the tools available for new work. Existing records remain readable when access changes. Workspace exports require Studio or Pro. Manage your subscription from My account; review the price and interval before subscribing.
06Exporting your workspace
Studio and Pro include structured export from My account of private creative records, stock and equipment history, storefront data and manual manufacturing plans. The manifest lists included families and collection times. Media binaries are excluded; the export is not an atomic database backup.
