Updated September 27, 2026. This page describes the information used by this The Flacon application.
Information in your workspace
The Flacon stores your account details and the information you choose to enter, including formulations, notes, study records, materials, supplier references and brand concepts. Profile fields are optional unless marked required. Workspace records are associated with your signed-in account.
Why the information is used
Account information supports sign-in and account management. Workspace records provide the application’s features. Support messages and your account contact details are available to The Flacon administrators so they can review your request. Subscription identifiers and payment status are used to provide the tools included in your membership.
Services that support the application
The application uses Base44 for hosting, authentication and application services, and Supabase for transactional data. Subscription checkout and billing management are provided by Stripe. Card details are entered in Stripe’s payment pages; The Flacon does not ask you to put card numbers in your workspace. A PubChem search sends your search query to that reference service.
Browser storage
Authentication services use browser storage to maintain your session. The Flacon also saves interface preferences on your device. Unsaved formula edits and pending manufacturing requests are kept in session storage for this browser tab. Pending stock and equipment requests may remain on this device until resolved or browser data is cleared. These copies can contain private workspace information. Signing out ends your application session; clearing browser storage removes saved local data. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your account profile, delete supported private records, and, with Studio or Pro, download the workspace export from your workspace. The export explains which record families it includes. For an account deletion, correction or other privacy request, use Contact and select “Other”, then describe your request. Account-wide deletion is a reviewed request; clicking a link does not immediately erase your records or any records required for billing.
Public content
Information you explicitly publish to a storefront is intended to be public. Private formulas and internal notes should not be included in a public product description. Public storefront access is separate from your private workspace permissions.
