Your account and work
Use accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and only upload information you have permission to use. You retain ownership of the original content you provide. The Flacon uses it to deliver the features you request, including storing and displaying your work in your workspace.
Tools and references
The Flacon provides tools for recording, organizing and developing your work. Outputs depend on your inputs and selected assumptions. A reference result, calculation or saved record does not certify a product’s safety, regulatory status, manufacturing suitability or readiness for sale. Review source information and obtain the professional review appropriate to your product.
Membership
Memberships provide the spaces and software tools shown for the selected plan. Initial monthly prices are listed on the membership page. Before you subscribe, checkout displays the billing interval, charge and any applicable tax. A subscription continues under those checkout terms until canceled. Manage an active subscription through the billing portal in My account.
Plan changes and cancellations
Changing plans changes access to new premium work. Retained work remains available for authorized reading and export. My account previews available plan changes for the next renewal before you confirm. Use the billing portal to manage payment details or cancel at the end of the paid period. Contact support for a billing issue or refund request; do not include card numbers in a support message.
Storefronts and external services
The optional Storefront add-on provides a hosted brand page and product catalog with external purchase links or inquiry links. Its monthly price and proposed commission for eligible native product sales are listed on the membership page; native product checkout is not currently active. The Flacon does not process product orders or provide manufacturing or fulfillment. Hosting does not establish a supplier contract, product approval or payment-provider acceptance. Manufacturing, shipping, taxes, product responsibilities and any external service fees remain separate. Only describe a product or service as available when it can actually be provided.
Responsible use
Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious content, access another user’s private information or misrepresent product facts. Do not enter secrets such as private API keys into ordinary notes or support messages.
